College Description

In September 2022, the proposal entitled “Separation of Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the College of Engineering and Architecture Vis-A-Vis The Establishment of College of Architecture and Design (CA+D) was proposed by Ar. EnP. Jennifer Y. Vibar who was the program chairperson then. This was endorsed through ACADCO RES. NO.10, s. 2022 and was approved by virtue of BOT RES NO. 8(3), s. 2023 with a policy no. BOT-2023-001 thus the establishment of the College of Architecture and Design.

To provide quality instruction and training in Architecture and Design which are responsive and relevant to the needs and development of the service area.

Vision

To be a center of excellence in Architecture and Design education in the region.

College Goals

The BISCAST College of Architecture and Design aims to provide quality instruction and training in Architecture and Design which are responsive and relevant to the needs and development of the service area in particular and the country in general as well as develop total quality architects, design professionals and technology researchers for industry and society to maximally contribute to sustainable national development.
