BISCAST’s College of Trade and Technology (CTT) is the premier trade and technology school in the region. Since 1911, when BISCAST was then known as Camarines Sur Trade School, the institution has never failed to produce graduates who are competitive in the field of trade and technical skills.

CTT offers programs that are industry-driven and adaptable to the demand of our modern society. Hence, the reason why it launched last year an additional program – the Bachelor in Engineering Technology (BET) curriculum which is adapted from Sydney Accord, an international agreement between bodies responsible for accrediting engineering technology academic programs.
