Being one of the pioneer institutions that provide quality education in technology, BISCAST assures its stakeholders that it is equipped with facilities that are truly beneficial to students. BISCAST’s effort to provide such facilities is evident when it allocated a total of Php2,034,820.13 for the Refurbishment of Food Technology- Entrepreneurship Laboratory.
The refurbishment started on September 20, 2016, and was completed on December 12, 2016.
This project is intended to increase the capacity to deliver priority programs of College of Trades and Technology such as BSIT major in Food Technology of the College of Education and Bachelor of Technical Teacher Education Major in Food Service Management.
As of now, the Food Laboratory is equipped with state of the art facilities in baking and cooking which increased the students’ capacity in delivering quality outputs that are essential in improving their skills.
BISCAST is optimistic that the institution will be more known not only in Engineering but also in the field of Food Trades and Service Management programs because of the enhanced standards of instruction and through the conducive learning environment for the students.
