The phase 1 of the refurbishment of college hostel has started on May 5, 2016. This project aims to rehabilitate the existing College Hostel of BISCAST that will increase its room capacity.

A total of Php 2,024,998.06 was allocated for the said project which is intended for students who are from remote areas of Camarines Sur and Naga City charged at a lower rental rates compared to the dormitories outside the campus.

The College Hostel is a two-storey building that can accommodate only more students and employees. The building is part of the Holistic Student Development Services Program and Campus Master Plan of the College which aims to further support institution sponsored student development.

The project was completed last November 29, 2016 and is now an added BISCAST facility that enhances the development and welfare services to students.

The design and construction of the building is also based on the Green Building Initiatives. Thus, the harmful environmental and economic effects are avoided.
