BISCAST, Naga City– The Annual Institutional Team Building Activity of Bicol State College of Applied Sciences and Technology (BISCAST) was rated excellent by BISCAST employees.
Said event was held in Laguna on April 24-27 as part of Human Resource Development Office’s (HRDO) Faculty and Staff Development Program.
This program aims to strengthen the trust and respect among employees which are critical components to collaboration and organizational effectiveness. Also to avoid or ease conflicts between co-employees in order to effectively communicate with one another and allow them to bond to become more accustomed to each other’s personalities and manage stress to increase motivation and improved productivity.
One of the comments says they enjoyed the activity and they were inspired by speakers who wholeheartedly delivered their lecture.
“It was successful. It was really a fun-filled learning activity,” says one of the evaluators present in the four day activity.
Some of the topics discussed were Igniting Organizational Effectiveness through Teamwork which was discussed by Ms. Rose Tolentino of Nippon Paint Philippines and Mr. Rafael Mula Jr. of O and M Construction; and ISO Insights – “Enhancing Organizational Maturity for Quality and Excellence”.
The HRDO is expecting that as a result, all employees will be committed in working quality and efficient output.
