1. Students must present their school ID upon entering the computer laboratory. 
  2. Computer usage is strictly for academic-related activities only.
  3. Students are expected to use the computers and laboratory equipment properly and with utmost care.
  4. No one is allowed to alter the configuration settings of any computer laboratory equipment without proper authorization from the Information Technology (IT) personnel. This includes the following:
    1. Moving or detaching of lab equipment, peripherals and cables;
    2. Installation or uninstallation of programs; and
    3. Modifying the computer and lab equipment settings.
  5. Any malfunction or damages in computers and lab equipment must be immediately reported to the laboratory assistant on duty. Otherwise, the “Last Touch Policy”, will be applied.  In case of deliberate damage to equipment or installed software, the user shall be held liable for the cost and shall be subject to disciplinary action.
  6. Playing games are prohibited inside the computer laboratory. This includes all computer-related games, either web-based or stand-alone except when allowed by the subject instructors.
  7. Users are responsible for their own personal possessions and belongings. The Computer Lab staffs are not responsible for any items that are lost or stolen while inside the laboratory.
  8. Students are not allowed to bring in food and beverages, including bottled water, inside the laboratory.
  9. Users are expected to help in maintaining the orderliness and cleanliness of the Computer Laboratory.
  10. Students will not be allowed to enter the laboratory, even during their class periods, without their instructor. Assigned instructors / personnel should be present during the hands-on activity of his class.  The “No Teacher, No Hands-on” policy shall be adopted.
  11. The computer lab staffs have the right to order any user to leave the premises in case he/she violates any of the policies.
